  • 1 Jul 2014 in National Assembly: Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I wish you are going to give all the Education, Research and Technology Committee Members who are present here, to contribute to this Bill so that they can make more understanding of this Bill to the House. This Bill seeks to establish an authority that standardizes all certifications done in this country. This Bill also seeks to certify all other certifications that are done by other institutions. • 18 Jun 2014 in National Assembly: Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I really want to appreciate the Leader of the Majority Party’s response to this Statement, and my hon. colleague who sought it. I do not think anyone’s culture is being fought in anyway. I come from a community that has a very rich and beautiful culture. If there is a type of culture that is taking people backwards, or that interferes with the lives of the beautiful women of Kenya today, I want to really tell the Government that the law needs to be enforced, or implemented, by everyone. I feel very sad if a ... view
