I stand here to reject the suggestion that only the SGR will be used for transportation. It is very critical that we understand that there are families who are dependent on the inland transportation. They have invested quite substantially. They have invested billions of shillings in inland transportation. Therefore, it is quite important that we realise that the value they add to this country in terms of tax income is very essential.
