Do not interrupt the Chair. Let us listen to her. Let us start with Section 2. Since I can see what we are doing is fairly contentious, I will put the Questions to specific clauses. That would be better. Let us start afresh. Let us consider Section 2. You are proposing to delete Section 2. There is a proposed amendment to Section 2 which you are proposing to delete. Look at page 1051 of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill.
