Hon. Speaker, the honourable Leader of the Majority Party is a very senior and seasoned Member of this House. In fact, he is one who is unequalled in many fields but I think it is important to point out to him that since this is a decision that was made by the House, he surely cannot have leave to donate time to anybody else.
