4 Dec 2013 in National Assembly:
I am trying to avoid this statement that we use, that you want to add your voice. That becomes a leeway to repeat probably what other Members have said before. You will speak to it but we are trying to wind up this debate because it has been going on for long. Really, when we start repeating what others have said, it is time that we end it. However, proceed.

3 Dec 2013 in National Assembly:
Hon. Members, if you look at the tentative requests for Statements, we have ten Members asking for Statements. I think the best way to go about it is to give them very few minutes so that we can make progress. You realise that we have a Supplementary Order Paper and it is quite thick. So, we have a lot in our hands. So, I want every Member who will have the opportunity to use two minutes because they will still have the opportunity at the time the Statements are being responded to. So, let us start with hon. Melly.
