  • 4 Mar 2020 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. view
  • 10 Feb 2020 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, thank you for this opportunity. On my own behalf and on behalf of the residents of Eldama Ravine and Baringo County, we pass our condolences to the family of former President Daniel Toroitich arap Moi. view
  • 10 Feb 2020 in National Assembly: He has left education footprints in Kenya. In the Rift Valley, we have Egerton University. We have Moi University in Eldoret. We have Kabarak High School and Kabarak University in Nakuru. There are other big schools which are a legacy of the former President. view
  • 10 Feb 2020 in National Assembly: I remember that the late President did not amend the Constitution. He had the opportunity to do so in 2002, but he did not. He handed over power instead. view
  • 10 Feb 2020 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Speaker. view
  • 25 Sep 2019 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. view
  • 25 Sep 2019 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I stand on a point of order because Hon. Savula is misleading the House that the NG-CDF can be used to fund infrastructure development in private schools, including the school that collapsed this week. It is a private school. Whether it is the money at Jogoo House or the NG-CDF, there is no way infrastructure money can go to a private school. view
  • 25 Sep 2019 in National Assembly: Hon. Savula is equally misleading the House that there are infrastructure funds at the Ministry of Education. I am a very serious Member of the Budget and Appropriations Committee and there are no such funds other than money in the Ministry of Education for national schools which these Members of Parliament chose, deliberately, to give to them. That is why you find such money at the Ministry of Education, but not the NG-CDF. view
  • 17 Sep 2019 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Speaker. You have rightly said that you see my intervention. I stand on behalf of the Chair of the Committee on the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF). view
  • 17 Sep 2019 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, I beg to lay the following Paper on the Table of the House: view
