  • 4 Dec 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not have an objection to that. The Assistant Minister could come with an appropriate answer on Tuesday, next week. However, I want him to note that this Question is about those who had a mean grade of “C” in Form Four. So, allow him time to come up with an appropriate answer. view
