  • 18 Sep 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you would have noticed from the response of the Minister that he did not remit the entire amount he collected during the period we are referring to. I want him to give us the reason why he has not remitted more than Kshs1.5 billion to the KRB. view

I do not know whether the Minister is using the word “independent” just to equate it to the commissions which we have in this country which we know constitutionally are independent. view

  • 15 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I thank the Assistant Minister for the brief answer he has given to my Question. He has said that Chemususu Dam will be completed by December this year. Could he confirm which budgetary allocation he has given to the dam to top up the costs as per the construction estimates? view
  • 15 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Assistant Minister has indicated that they do not have a problem with the budgetary allocation. When he was replying, he did not indicate how much has been allocated, to date--- view
