Mr. Speaker, Sir, although it looks like the Assistant Minister could have come with the wrong answer, I wish to interrogate him on what he has just said. That is, what back up measures or contingency measures they have put in place as a Ministry, just in case when a shipment is coming from abroad, the pirates or any disaster decides to take possession of that very valuable commodity?
