  • 6 Jul 2021 in National Assembly: one can try to do. There are places called Tonya, Githioro, Ithumula, Mbeti and many other places. You cannot access the places. So, the Committee headed by its Chairperson, Hon. Kamket, that went to assess those places which are referred to as marginalised places, I believe when they went to Meru, they just sat in a hotel and they got somebody just to inform them that certain places are supposed to be included. They did not do their work properly. I support what my friend, the Member from Kitui, has said. There is some biasness about these reports. How do ... view
  • 6 Jul 2021 in National Assembly: Anyway, I support the Report with those sentiments because we have been ignored. The most marginalised places have been ignored. We do not know the criteria which was used. With that, I support. view

That notwithstanding, when will a firearm be deemed to have been used properly or in a way that one will not be said to have committed murder, especially when the holder has been exposed to danger? As I support the ... view

  • 2 Mar 2021 in National Assembly: I have noted some abnormality in the House. There are colleagues of mine who are not maintaining physical distance and they are touching one another. We have been told to observe physical distancing because immunisation will not come our way for a longer period. I am scared. The trend right now is that we lose a number of Members. I am scared that my colleagues prejudice the systems. We require protection from you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. view
