• 17 Sep 2015 in Senate: which were quite shambolic. It reached a time when we had to rely on trains managed and operated by Kenya Railways to avoid traffic. When you see Kenyans hanging on those trains as if they have no dignity, it is because they do not have any other means. It is because to sit in a matatu or in a bus in peak time traffic at 5.00 p.m. is a complete waste of resources and energy. I will hit the point on the Bill before us, but the teachers of this nation deserve to be paid what the court has awarded them. This Bill by the Sen. (Eng.) Muriuki tries to do some noble things. This visit has sparked a huge political storm back in the United States of America (USA). The Americans, who did not like President Obama, are now confirming that they elected a Kenyan.
