I think this was made in error because when we put the vote in the box, there is no way of knowing who voted. So, when you say that the vote of a person who was not in the register, you cannot tell who was in the register or who was not. You cannot tell the vote of a person whose vote was procured by bribery once is in the box. You cannot know the vote of a person which was procured by bribery and the vote of a person proved to have voted in more than one constituency. The ...

Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, for example, look at subclause 84(2b), it talks about the vote of a person whose vote was procured by bribery, cheating or undue influence. How will you be able to know that somebody procured a vote by bribery?
