I thought the Minister is very familiar with her Ministry but I think there is a lot of misinformation given to her by her officers. The 3000 acres currently given to the NYS has not been budgeted for by the Ministry of Water and Irrigation because it is not under their purview. So, they cannot purport to be developing that 3000 acres. I come from the ground. When is the Minister, through the Board, going to rescind that decision and send the right information to the Fund Accounts Managers – that the CDF accounts should be running until 15th January, 2012? view
