  • 11 Jul 2007 in National Assembly: Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Tabaka-Kiorori Secondary School Project under construction was expected to start from Tabaka. There are indications that the Ministry plans to change that proposal and start the project from Bonyancha, which will mean that the project will not traverse South Mugirango in the manner expected. Could the Assistant Minister consider commencing this construction from Tabaka-Kiorori side and not from Bonyancha? view
  • 11 Jul 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minster will recollect that the projects of Nyamarambe-Nyangweta GoK and SDA Secondary schools and Ranen and Maroo were submitted in 2003, when we were harmoniously working with the Minister. What happened to these projects such that the answer being given is that they will be considered? They were submitted in 2003 and approved, but the answer indicates that they will be considered in 2007/2008 alongside other priority projects. What happened? What caused the delay? view
