Temporary Deputy Speaker, constitutional amendment is a constitutional right that Kenyans have and this Parliament has powers, as bestowed in the Constitution, to amend it. Kenya has matured as a democratic country and, therefore, it should be able to pass a constitutional amendment without any ruckus in this country.
