Finally, we have seen some communities cremating their dead. Some religious bodies in this country have also started adopting this practice. The cost of this practice is also very high. Therefore, it is important to fully support this Motion, so that we can reduce the current congestion in our private and public mortuaries. With those remarks, I fully support the Motion.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there was a time when the Kithitu Oath was applied in one part of this region. I recall a sentence being meted out and this is a part of our history. So, I request hon. Members to go and dig deeper into our past history. The new law will address some of these unpleasant upheavals that we have seen in this country. Mr. Speaker, Sir, while thanking the Assistant Minister for the very positive reply that she has given, could she inform the House what steps the Ministry has taken to make sure that the started youth polytechnics are completed, so that our youth can start learning in those institutions? In my constituency, I have Nyanduma which is incomplete.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, destructive politics have been introduced into the resettlement of the innocent IDPs in some parts of our country. Could the Minister clearly indicate to this House what the Government is doing about this negative position, which is detrimental to the welfare of the IDPs who have been out for the last three and a half years?
