Thank you Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. While I appreciate the answer given by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government on this Question, I would like him to indicate to this House what the Ministry is doing in areas where land is not available to put up the fresh produce markets which are urgently required? Funds should not be returned to the Treasury.
