We feed Nairobi constituencies with cabbages, carrots and kales. If we had cheaper and affordable fertilizer, my constituency would acquire economic advancement and empower youth through agricultural activities. To me, this Motion is ... view
  • 23 Feb 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also take this opportunity to thank the leadership of the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs for their diligence and dedication in the manner that they have handled this process. We urge them to move on with that spirit. view
  • 17 Feb 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, could the Assistant Minister indicate to this House the strategic plans the Ministry is taking to enhance the funds allocated to the youth in the constituencies? The funds allocated are not adequate nationally. view
  • 16 Feb 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you will notice that the attack on John Kuria Wakaba was triggered by Maasai herdsmen who were grazing their cattle. Could he indicate to this House what precautionary measures he has taken to avoid that kind of situation in future and allow the two communities to live harmoniously? view
