Sonko, who actually represents many Maasai’s from my county, I do not think that it is in order for him to mention the name of the Cabinet Secretary, Mr. ole Lenku, here when actually our senior Member did not mention the name. Could he be allowed to mention the officer, because he never mentioned Mr. ole Lenku?   • 7 Nov 2013 in Senate: Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for allowing me to contribute. I would like to say that I support this Bill. My, brother, Boni, is known for very good debates here. He sat one day and thought that issues in this country must be put in order because they are not in order. For sure, my brother, you deserve applause from the whole country.   • 6 Nov 2013 in Senate: Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. My concern with the Chairperson and his Committee about the report is when we read or hear about seven years, nine years and 10 years. From an engineering point of view and even maybe giving an example of mega road projects that we know, Thika Super Highway Road took not more than four years. So, when we hear of a small road taking about nine or 10 years, something is not correct.
