On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I have asked the Assistant Minister previously how he came up with that figure and whether he did a research and he cleverly avoided this Question. Is he in order to come and tell the House that he has given a directive of a maximum of Kshs500,000 for the construction of a classroom without any basis?

THAT, pursuant to the provisions of section 33 (4) of the Constitution of Kenya Review Act, 2008, this House approves the draft Constitution submitted by the Committee of Experts and laid on the table of the House on Tuesday 2nd March, 2010 subject to amendment of clause (3) of Article 241 by deleting the words âNational Assemblyâ appearing in paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the words âNational Security Council and report to Parliamentâ.
