• 27 May 2015 in Senate: Thank you, Mr. Speaker Sir. My understanding is that the President of USA is coming to Kenya for a conference on entrepreneurship. The conference happens to be in Nairobi which also happens to be the homeland of his father. No clear statement is being made by the Government on this issue because as far as I understand it, while he is here, he will spare time to meet our President. That is the only information available. I was just emphasising the fact that because the law gives you the power to run this House, I will not, in any way, whatsoever make a statement that belittles that power. view

Under “24”, it says:- “There is established an unincorporated board to be known as the Audit Advisory Board which shall comprise of” That is not good English. You either say “shall consist of” or “shall comprise.” Can you correct that? Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., I am sure you can do that; the Chairman is too busy pursuing Al Shabaab . view

But on this occasion, I was just trying to draw his attention to what I was saying. But if it upset him, I am sorry. I withdraw and apologize. I think that is the order.
