• 20 Apr 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, again, I would like to appeal to the Chair! The Minister should not continue to mislead this House. For example, he has said that he wants to protect industries. But the Minister for Finance has just pointed out that Government borrowing is expected to grow substantially. That will deny industries money for development. He is misleading us! view
