• 19 Feb 2019 in Senate: Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I am also privileged to be a part of this Committee. I was at the meeting that looked at the amendments. We agreed with the amendments, but not to delete the CS, the National Treasury and Planning. We also agreed to include the Inter-Ministerial Committee. We are including, but not deleting. We are expanding the culpability not deleting any of those recommendations. If the Chairperson, Sen.
