Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to be able to contribute to this very important Motion. I want to thank hon. Dr. Naomi Shaban for bringing this Motion. Some of us who come from marginalised areas, feel so privileged when a Motion like this is before this House. We are really pleading with the Ministry to, at least, consider these marginalised districts. Yesterday, when he was moving the Bill, he moved it in a very good way. He gave us the background of why the Bill should be amended. Mr. Speaker, Sir, while thanking the Assistant Minister for the answer that he has given, I did ask almost a similar Question two years ago. We have prepared an office and I went to there to find out if it is ready. This particular office is causing untold suffering to the Pokot people. Could the Assistant Minister go and inspect the office and send an officer there with immediate effect?
