I know that many times I sit as a Temporary Deputy Speaker of this House and I give Members a chance to contribute in a very balanced way. The issue came from one of the Members who spoke but all the other Members were in that Press conference. You will remember that when we started this debate we were cognizant of the fact that the Committee had not looked at these particular amendments. I am now told that they have done so, and the Vice-Chair will be coming with the report of the Committee.
