People from Kilifi have seen and they are witnesses that, when there is calamity in the coffee industry, the Government comes up very fast and bails out that industry. I was in the Committee in the 11th Parliament. I believe it has the power to make a decision and even go beyond and sieve the Motions and give advice to make sure that we do not talk in vain. view
