Thank you, very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for indulging me. The circumstances for which a CS can be removed are clearly stated. One is gross violation of the Constitution or any other law. Two, where there are serious reasons for believing the CS has committed crime under national or international law. Three, gross misconduct. Article 152 of the Constitution does not provide for the removal of a CS on grounds of not following the advice of the Attorney-General. Consequently, I request that this be expunged from the Report.
