The ownership of a cylinder that people use to refill gas is a serious matter that needs to be brought to this House. Kenyan citizens buy cylinders from a company and suddenly it turns out that the cylinders do not belong to them, but to the company. It is at the university that people recognise what they are and identify what they would like to do in life. As other Hon. Members have said, these days, in primary schools, children are given very good information and they fully understand the importance of representation.
