• 2 May 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am so saddened by the answer that has been given by the Assistant Minister. That is because when you look at part “a” of his answer, the road was completed last year in June. It took two years to construct the road and it was completed last year in 2011. Daraja Moja is known because of the many accidents that have killed people in Kisii Town. That is what warranted the reconstruction of the bridge by the Ministry.
