  • 9 Dec 2014 in National Assembly: We have been invited by some Members to be very keen in the manner in which we participate, particularly in considering this Motion. view
  • 9 Dec 2014 in National Assembly: I do not know why some Members are clapping for hon. Ken Obura. In fact, they are interfering with the proceedings of the House. Hon. • 9 Dec 2014 in National Assembly: We are not approving borrowing in this Sessional Paper or in the Motion that we are being asked to debate. We are just approving enhancement of the ceiling. I want to disabuse Members of the notion that the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade did not look at this and that its observations are at variance with their recommendations. If you look at the observations of the Committee in their Report, which they have tabled in this House so that we do not mislead the House that the observation are at a variance with what they are recommending--- If ... view
