Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when it comes to Clause 18 on the health facility management committee, we need to bring up the technical officer in the facility to be on it. Clause 18(b) provides that one person who is a resident of the area, nominated by the joint forum of women's organisations in the area and is appointed by the CECM. Madam Temporary Speaker, I would like to add my voice in support of this Bill, which touches on the sign language. We have discussed it in the Committee on Education. It is a good Bill that will help our people. The Bill has highlighted a number of issues. Its objective is promotion of quality education and provision of training for the teachers in primary and secondary school who are handling People With Disability (PWD). I take this as a challenge. In part of my county, we have quite a number of problems.
