I am not aware of Sessional Paper No.1 of 2002, but I will look at it. But is it not in order that a simple farmer who was given this loan by AFC should also benefit from any write-off? view

If that is the case, then we will try and help the farmer to pay. Could the Minister confirm that the interest and penalties do not exceed the principal sum as it is guided under the Donde proposal? view
