We are putting a debt anchor at 55 per cent but we are at 61.7 per cent. However, it is very important that we make it clear. Even if this will be put together, there are countries that work at 55 per cent of net present value of their GDPs. However, there are other calculations that go hand-in-hand with this arrangement. It is good that we adopt the ratification of the Amended Nairobi Convention and the Protocol for the Protection of Marine and Coastal Environment of the Western Indian Ocean from Land-Based Sources and Activities. What are we going to do about it? What are the action points? We are very good at signing protocols and ratifying them but, at the end of it, nothing happens. Our oceans are polluted.
