we were in Panama recently, and we need political, executive and judicial will and an independent commission. I want to say categorically that wherever we have been, we have proudly declared that the President of this country has done what no other president has done before. He did this by firing over 12 Cabinet Secretaries (CS) and Principal Secretaries (PS). That has been recognised in the field of anti-corruption. What we now need is the desire to do this work. Hon.
