  • 13 Apr 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Minister for that answer with regard to Lamu District Hospital. But I wish to inform him that this General X-ray unit has not been working for the last ten years. In the same hospital, instead of having five incubators, they only have one. Could he, please, arrange with immediate effect to send one portable X-ray and one incubator? Right now, there is only one incubator which is serving the whole district. view
