Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like the Minister to clarify the following. There were two rulings which were made in our courts in Kenya; one was in September 2010 by Justice Aggrey Muchelule. He declared that the arrest, detention and removal of Kenyans from Kenya to Uganda to face charges was illegal. Before that, Justice Mohamed Warsame in the court reprimanded the Head of State for allowing the police to rendition Kenyans to another country without following the proper procedures in law.
