  • 23 Nov 2011 in National Assembly: (c) what disciplinary action the Minister will take against the officer and what measures has he taken to stop the ongoing destruction of the Ontulili Forest as well as measures to empower the community to continue guarding the forest. view
  • 23 Nov 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I had expected the same kind of answer from the Minister. This is because Mt. • 10 Nov 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the on-going rains have damaged quite a number of roads and bridges. What emergency measures is the Assistant Minister taking to fund areas that were not budgeted for because of the current rainy situation? view
  • 2 Nov 2011 in National Assembly: asked the Minister for Education:- (a) if he is aware that most secondary schools have bought buses on hire-purchase and have made arrangements to repay from proceeds of hiring out of the buses as well as money raised through development funds; (b) what informed the Minister’s directive to stop the hiring out of school buses to the public; and (c) if he could consider rescinding that directive. view

He talked about John Nthia as being in Buuri and being allocated Kshs16 million. The last time we visited the area with the Assistant Minister, this was allocated Kshs19 million and that list was tabled here. Today, he is giving it Kshs16 million. I am wondering where he is getting that figure. Again, Subuiga is not in Imenti North, but in Buuri. The records are not correct. Could he correct the records and table the correct records in terms of the places ... view
