That kind of insinuation is very malicious and defamatory. I want to say that it touches on my personal character and it is something that cannot be understood. Since I came to this Parliament, I have moved Motions, including Motions of Adjournment. I have also asked numerous Questions. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I completely need the opportunity but I had earlier asked this Question and it was answered. The answer I got then is similar to the one that has been provided. I was satisfied when it was answered last time. Maybe, it has been put on the Order Paper by mistake.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to ask the Minister what she is doing in other places like Nairobi, especially in Nairobi Dam Estate, where water has been missing. The Nairobi Water Company has said that it is rationing water. There has not been any water rationing in Nairobi for quite sometime.

asked the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife:- (a) whether he could confirm that logging, charcoal burning and over- population of elephants that were trans-located to the lower Imenti Forest are posing serious threat to the forest; and, (b) what urgent measures he is taking to address the above concerns and prevent further destruction.
