19 Jun 2007 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is not very clear to me why the Minister and his two Assistant Ministers should be absent from the country for a whole month. It is not very clear at all. I would have expected the Government to appoint an acting Minister to run the Ministry. A month is too long! Mr. Speaker, Sir, I will not be here on Thursday.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Ministry usually delivers what it promises. Is the Assistant Minister aware of that? What is the difficulty in implementing this ICT project?
