Mr. Speaker, Sir, it has become a habit by traffic officers to trump up charges against innocent citizens of this country. It has also become a habit by traffic police officers to take bribes. Could the Assistant Minister assure this House that they will change the uniforms of traffic officers into pocket-less shirts and trousers, so that, in future, they do not take bribes?
