On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. The issue that Sen. Khalwale sought from the Chairman was specifically required from the Minister. However, we now know that the Committee engaged in some exercise to find out a few things about the University of Eldoret. Would I be in order to request that you give a direction that we get a statement from the Cabinet Secretary because it is important? No. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I sought a Statement from the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare on the issue of county pension schemes. The Statement was due on 19th February, 2015, but the Chairperson has not given any indication on how far he has gone.
