On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I have just pointed out what the Ministry is not doing. Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to impute an improper motive on me? I am a transporter and I am asking the question as an hon. Member of this House.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister agrees with us that the 35 per cent that farmers are forced to incur without their consent is very high. What is he going to do to assist tea farmers to reduce that percentage, so that they can get more money?

Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. It is a known fact that where the main pipes get water from, people in the rural areas do not benefit from that water. Could the Minister make arrangements to make sure that wherever those pipes pass, residents of that area are given access points where they can get water instead of only supplying water to towns?
