On it, certain Ministries were, obviously, quite notorious for not bringing any. A case in point is the Ministry of Defence. I would request further that whereas and when that list is published or printed, could we also have the dates when the Statement was requested.   • 2 Dec 2014 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, first of all, I thank the Committee on Education although they have taken quite a long time. Nonetheless, thank you very much for delving into the issue. Mr. Speaker, Sir, maybe the Vice Chairperson can tell the House; the dilemma we have is that we have those students and it is good to say some arrangements will be done. However, there is still one issue that the Vice Chairperson is not answering about the various courses which are being offered now. If I got her correctly, that is what will happen in future. We are saying that there are students, and this question is on students who have already graduated and they are out there. What are we doing about them?   • 2 Dec 2014 in Senate: Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. Most of us are not very endowed or knowledgeable about matters or intricacies of security. Right now, we, as Kenyans, are lost. Sometimes, it is easy for us to speak as Jubilee or CORD members, but Kenyans are lost as to what the Government is doing about security in this country. This particular Motion is focused on Mandera and Kapedo. However, when I look at it, we really have to go further than that.
