One, this is a developing country and like all developing countries we have a lot of inadequacies. At the moment, one of them is insecurity which appears to be completely out of hand. Kajwang since 1998 when I was elected for the first time to the National Assembly. I believe that he was also elected for the first time to the National Assembly then.
