Mr. Speaker, Sir, allow me to comment on something. We have a lot of technology in our country where we have to put in a Personal Identification Number (PIN) or a code. Would I be in order to suggest that the system be revisited by the technologists so that we can enter a number without necessarily carrying the gadget?

Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion for which I wish to congratulate Sen. Mositet for bringing it up. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the small towns that we still have in this country have started to be left out in terms of development, never mind the fact that some of them have now become county headquarters.
