Madam Temporary Speaker, indeed, a lot of facts have been raised on the Floor of this House, even by Members who are living their second or third lives. The Senate Majority Leader talked of his previous life and I wondered whose reincarnation he could be now. That is a nice joke, but what Sen. Kagwe has raised is not a joke but a reality. However, I am a bit reluctant to accept the sentiments of the Attorney-General Emeritus that one has to be a lawyer to serve in this Committee.
