Mr. Speaker, Sir, you referred Sen. Murkomen to Standing Order No.90(1) which I thought that he should have comprehended. Instead, he has repeated the same mistake by replacing the name of President Mugabe with that of the late President Omar Bongo. Can the Standing Order No.110 be used to educate Sen. Murkomen on the importance of obeying the Standing Orders of this House?

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. If you listened to the Senate Majority Leader in his opening remarks, he said that they had discussed the Report with Sen. Wetangula and he was only giving us a summary of the Report. Once supplementary questions are asked on the Floor of this House, they are the property of the House and everybody is entitled to know the details. Could the Chairperson clarify whether the Government was only interested – this has been asked by Sen. Wetangula and it has not been clarified – in compensating for land only or for other property that was lost during this time?
