  • 19 Dec 2012 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the First Schedule be amended by inserting the following new paragraphs:- (1) A person, other than a public officer, who was a member of the former board immediately before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be a member of the board of the Authority and shall continue in office as if appointed under this Act for the remainder of the three-year term as provided for under this Act and shall be eligible for re-appointment once. view
