I think the leadership of that community should liaise with the Ministry to see how they can develop the area and the community can benefit. view

But I have always said it clearly that the problem that we have is finances. If you approve the finances, then we can assist the community to get income from the protected area. view

The policy stipulates very clearly what is supposed to be done in trying to recognize such kind of people. More importantly, as I have said from time to time, we have a policy in place but what is lacking is the financial support. view
