I will only raise one point concerning the funds which have been allocated to the National Youth Service (NYS). It is a very sad moment because we are condoling people who, at 5.00 a.m. this morning, they were happily sleeping in their beds. But an hour or so later, they were dead. They did not have the opportunity of getting sick and then, of course, losing their lives. This is because the West has trained their own “Al Shabaab” who have infiltrated the existing Al Shabaab.
